Meet Lynda

Long Island is home. That's why I do this the way I do.

A short introduction here in her voice, one or two sentences, before the fuller story below.

How It Started

She started because she was tired of watching friends get talked over

Before real estate, Lynda spent years in customer-facing roles where she saw how often people got steamrolled by someone who knew more than they did. When a close friend got pressured into overpaying for a house, Lynda decided she'd rather be the person in the room making sure that didn't happen to anyone else. She got licensed the following year and has been on Long Island's Suffolk County market ever since.

How I Work

Slow down where it matters, move fast where it counts

Lynda's approach is simple: explain everything before it happens, never rush a decision that deserves time, but move quickly the moment speed actually benefits the client, a strong offer, a tight closing window, a seller who needs certainty. She answers her phone. She tells clients the truth even when it's not what they want to hear, because a bad deal dressed up nicely is still a bad deal.

A Moment That Stuck

The offer everyone said to take, except it wasn't the right one

A seller once had two offers on the table, one paid more but had a shaky financing plan that made Lynda uneasy. She recommended the lower, cleaner offer instead. Her clients trusted her read of it. The higher offer's financing fell through two weeks later. Her clients closed on time with the buyer she'd recommended, no scramble, no relisting.

Outside of work

Long Island is where Lynda's family put down roots, and where she's raising her own. When she's not showing homes, she's usually at a kid's weekend game or volunteering with the local little league. She likes that clients run into her at the grocery store, it keeps her honest.

Lynda was more than a realtor to us. She checked in months after closing just to see how we were settling in. That's not something you get from most agents.
